Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will administer a variety of immunizations, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines, in a retail clinic setting. PPE will be provided. The role requires delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care while supporting community vaccination initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines.
  • Assess patients before vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions.
  • Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation.
  • Educate patients on vaccines, possible side effects, and post-vaccination care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and infection control protocols.
  • Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.  
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and vaccine delivery.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

  • Candidate questionnaire is required with every submission.
  • Prior retail pharmacy experience is not required.
  • This is an onsite, patient-facing position.
  • Individual start assignment.
