Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will administer a variety of immunizations, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines, in a retail clinic setting. PPE will be provided. The role requires delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care while supporting vaccination initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines.
• Assess patients prior to immunization and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate vaccination documentation.
• Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer clinical questions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff.
• Adapt to changing schedules and patient volumes.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety protocols.
• Candidate must be flexible with work hours. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Strong medication administration and vaccination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Candidate must not be on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• High School Diploma/GED (verifiable).
• Prior retail pharmacy experience not required.
