About the Role

Guest Service Representative are the face of the hotel and the heartbeat of the guest experience. You'll create strong first impressions, support guests throughout their stay, and help extended-stay travelers feel truly at home.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and warmth
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for guest questions, requests, and concerns
  • Supporting extended-stay guests with packages, local recommendations, and on-site amenities
  • Managing reservations, changes, and future bookings using Marriott systems
  • Resolving guest concerns professionally and escalating when appropriate
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and leadership to ensure guest needs are met
  • Maintaining lobby cleanliness and presentation standards
  • Upholding brand, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times
