Responsibilities
  • Provides support to Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process and in servicing new accounts or additional business for existing accounts, helping ensure account retention and growth.
  • Handles incoming calls and assists on calls when needed.
  • Places orders for the Account Manager.
  • Follows up as needed on orders to ensure satisfactory delivery.
  • Prepare quotes, research customer product questions, and assist with bids.
  • Handles all aspects of order preparation.
  • Serves customers at the highest level in order to assist in closing any potential sales.
  • Assists the Account Manager with stock, credit, and shipping issues, as well as open/backlogged orders.

Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and manage priorities
