To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong foundation in Salesforce development, demonstrated by proven proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and experience with REST/SOAP APIs. Your excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and strong debugging skills, will enable you to translate complex business problems into elegant technical solutions. Expertise in version control systems like Git, an understanding of CI/CD concepts, and the ability to write comprehensive unit tests are essential. Ideally, you'll hold Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, with Platform Developer II being highly desired, showcasing your commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
- Develops and maintains robust, scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
- Performs application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for medium to high complexity projects.
- Translates business requirements into technical specifications for development or configuration build.
- Leads product release management functions, including test plan development and user acceptance testing.
- Manages the product lifecycle of assigned modules, including administrative tasks and enhancement requests.
- Contributes to application standards, policies, procedures, and conducts peer reviews of configuration work.
