Job Overview

As a Senior IT Software Developer Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, integration, and enhancement of applications within our technical infrastructure and business processes. You will provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with Business Systems Analysts, and ensure the creation of reliable and efficient systems. Your role will involve overseeing enterprise-level application deployment, optimizing data pipelines, and driving high-impact software projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and integrate new or existing applications into our infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement high-impact software projects.
  • Provide technical guidance on security, performance, and compliance.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimization of complex systems.
  • Design and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline business processes and enhance applications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 11-15 years of experience in software engineering and full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, AWS, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and M365 services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferences
  • Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe) or DevOps methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud automation, ERP integration, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements like SOX and cybersecurity best practices.
