  • Maintain the contract repository as a reliable system of record by applying data quality standards, metadata practices, and document governance

  • Design and improve contract lifecycle workflows, including intake, approvals, execution, and purchase order to contract alignment, to support efficient and controlled procurement operations

  • Translate category strategies into standardized contract language, templates, and clauses to promote consistent commercial terms and review practices

  • Review contract exceptions and escalate high-risk or non-standard terms for appropriate review while supporting approved procurement processes

  • Incorporate supplier risk and performance requirements into contracts in alignment with Third-Party Risk Management and vendor due diligence practices

  • Produce contract reporting and analysis on renewals, milestones, spend commitments, service levels, cycle times, and risk indicators to support procurement planning and decision-making

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align contracting activities with procurement policies, governance standards, and approval requirements

  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management adoption by helping improve processes, documentation, and user compliance across procurement activities

  • Evaluate and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows that improve contract review, metadata quality, reporting, or process efficiency while maintaining accuracy, appropriate controls, and sound judgment

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management implementation and system integration efforts

  • Maintain audit-ready records and supporting documentation for procurement contracts

  • Help improve visibility into renewal dates, obligations, and service commitments

  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce cycle time and improve consistency

  • Assist with training or guidance related to contracting workflows and repository use

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve contract-related questions and follow-up items

  • Support ongoing continuous improvement initiatives within Procurement operations

Expected Education & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or Contract Lifecycle Management roles

  • Experience managing procurement contracts across the full lifecycle, from intake through renewal or termination

  • Knowledge of contract repository management, metadata governance, data quality, and contract reporting

  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management systems, procurement workflows, approval routing, templates, clause libraries, and compliance-focused contract practices

  • Familiarity with supplier risk management, vendor due diligence, audit readiness, and procurement contract controls

  • Experience using procurement and enterprise systems such as Contract Lifecycle Management platforms, Oracle P2P, intake tools, and e-signature tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to track key performance indicators, cycle times, risk, and contract performance trends

  • Ability to collaborate and influence across Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT, Sales Operations, and business stakeholders
