The Production Supervisor will oversee our first-shift production operations and ensure seamless workflows, high-quality products, and a safe, empowering work environment.

What You'll Do
As a first-shift Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and developing a team to ensure top-notch production and efficient operations. Specifically, you'll:
  • Build and develop an engaged, high-performing team by setting expectations, mentoring, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Drive success through active workforce management, including recruiting, training, and fostering personal growth opportunities for employees.
  • Supervise daily production operations by organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and setting priorities to meet production goals.
  • Monitor and improve workflows by observing processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create a culture of excellence and accountability by tracking team performance, providing feedback, and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure quality at every step - from overseeing production standards to maintaining compliance with company protocols and requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and correct machinery or process issues by working closely with maintenance and operations teams when malfunctions arise.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by promoting workplace safety education and practices, ensuring strict compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Compile, analyze, and report operational data to drive informed decisions that improve productivity and efficiency.

What You'll Have
We're seeking an inspiring leader with:
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • A track record of driving process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong skills in workforce management, process planning, performance management, and operations monitoring.
  • Knowledge of budget tracking, quality control processes, and performance metrics within a production environment.
  • Exceptional ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration to achieve shared goals.
  • A college or technical degree to strengthen your operational and leadership foundation preferred.
