Considering the state of the world today, military technical innovation is critical to defending our territories and those of our allies. The US Army is currently exploring advancements to equip ground combat forces with autonomous vehicle platforms. This effort presents a unique opportunity for civilians to participate in the research and development efforts that will shape future battlefield combat platforms.

Job Responsibilities: * Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for military ground vehicle programs. * Build detailed project schedules that incorporate engineering, manufacturing, procurement, testing, quality assurance, logistics, and fielding activities. * Coordinate with Program Managers and Project Managers to establish program baselines, milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements.

* Monitor schedule performance and provide regular status updates to program leadership and customers. * Analyze schedule progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain program objectives. * Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts resulting from design changes, supply chain constraints, testing delays, and production issues.

* Support program planning activities including proposal development, contract modifications, and production planning. * Develop and maintain schedule metrics, forecasts, and performance reports for management reviews. * Coordinate cross-functional planning efforts to ensure alignment between engineering development, prototype builds, vehicle integration, testing, and production activities.

* Assess schedule risks and opportunities and support implementation of mitigation plans. * Track key program milestones including design reviews, prototype vehicle builds, qualification testing, production readiness reviews, and customer deliveries. * Support Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and schedule performance measurement activities when required.

* Facilitate schedule review meetings and communicate program status to stakeholders. * Ensure schedule data integrity and configuration control throughout the program lifecycle. * Support resource loading and capacity planning efforts across multiple projects and production lines.

* Develop what-if analyses and recovery plans to support program decision-making. * Maintain compliance with customer, contractual, and organizational scheduling requirements. Requirements: * Knowledge of MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) * Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance from the Federal Government * Willingness to travel CONUS and OCONUS, 25% annually.
