They will assist with presentations, provide in-person customer service, and help individuals understand their employer provided benefits packages. In this role your primary responsibility is to serve as a valuable resource to all clients and their employees.

We are looking for candidates who have:

-1–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Client Services -Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry (preferred) -A desire to grow within their company, potentially seeking management roles in the future -Strong presentation and communication skills -Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Documents, Slides, and related tools -Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new online CRM or ATS systems
