Column Technical Services is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for user journeys and web innovation to join a Digital Strategy team as Manager of Web Experience Strategy. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that transform how care seekers interact online-driving engagement, boosting conversions, and setting the stage for long-term digital growth. Position Overview:
We're looking for a Web Experience Strategy Manager to lead the planning and execution of digital experiences as part of a comprehensive website roadmap. This individual will be instrumental in crafting and deploying digital strategies that strengthen engagement with key audiences and enhance the care seeker journey, ultimately driving higher conversion. As an integral part of the Digital Strategy team, you'll help deliver the 2025 digital roadmap and begin laying the groundwork for 2026.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 As a direct report to the Associate Director of Digital Experience Strategy, you will:
  • Enhance the web user journey by examining behavioral data, streamlining navigation paths, and refining interaction points to achieve strategic KPIs.
  • Lead stakeholder interviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and uncover insights that drive UX design and content strategy.
  • Translate user journey analysis into actionable website search requirements, positioning search as a core engagement and conversion lever.
  • Conduct competitor evaluations to identify industry benchmarks and highlight areas for differentiation.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve user experience and audience interaction based on both quantitative and qualitative findings
  • Aligning web strategy with broader digital initiatives, incorporating SEO and integrating with paid, owned, and earned channels for unified user experience.
  • Collaborate with UX, content, and product teams to bring roadmap initiatives to life in line with brand and marketing goals.
  • Oversee the execution of landing pages in partnership with content and UX/UI teams, ensuring business goals are met and user actions are clear.
  • Develop well-structured presentations to communicate strategies and secure stakeholder approvals
  • Offering expert guidance on best practices in web, digital trends, and consumer behavior to maintain executional excellence.
  • Teams with analytics partners to build performance measurement frameworks, track key metrics, and suggest optimizations that enhance results.

Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • 3-5 years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or site management with a focus on customer journey mapping.
  • Proven track record of delivering digital experiences that improve engagement and conversion performance.
  • Proficiency of behavioral analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Heap, or similar.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder collaboration, competitive landscape analysis in line with brand and marketing goals.
  • Deep knowledge of data-based decision-making audience targeting metrics tracking, and compliance with privacy standards. 
  • Medical background is preferred but not required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business, or a closely related field
