Role Overview

Suffolk Ventures, the technology venture capital investment platform backed by construction enterprise Suffolk, is hiring a VC Associate in Boston. The firm invests in startups improving efficiency and productivity across the building lifecycle, from real estate development through property management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research identifying investment trends and perform deal screening
  • Execute due diligence including competitive analysis, valuation modeling, and investment memo preparation
  • Support portfolio companies through board participation and resource coordination
  • Organize industry networks benefiting portfolio founders
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA from a top-tier institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, VC/PE, consulting at premier firms, or tech industry roles
