Senior Marketing Manager - Breast & Skeletal Health DACH

As Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead marketing strategy across the DACH region, driving growth and market share for our Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio.
  • Develop and drive short, medium and long‑term strategies to deliver sustained growth, profitability and brand equity.
  • Drive new product launches, market expansion, development projects and business transformations, efficiency gains and sustainable performance improvements.
  • Craft compelling value propositions, and tailor innovative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, R&D, and global marketing to launch new products and ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets, forecast marketing needs, and measure ROI to ensure fiscal responsibility and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Champion a customer‑centric approach to marketing, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and enhancing customer engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with commercial leadership, building and leveraging relationships at all levels both internally and externally.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strategic thinker with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Considerable marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the DACH region.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with CRM and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed within the DACH region.
