This is a remote, full-time position. Candidate must be licensed to practice in WA state and must reside in WA or OR state. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. Document assessments, care plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly within the clinic EHR. Collaborate with physicians and other members of the integrative care team to coordinate patient care. Stay current with evidence-based research in functional nutrition, nutrigenomics, and lifestyle medicine. Qualifications: US Work Authorization. Active WA state professional license in good standing (CN, CNS, RD, and/or LDN). Must live in OR or WA State. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
