  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale emerging Search capabilities, including Performance Max, AI Max for Search, feed-based campaigns, feed readiness, creative automation, and audience signal strategies, to advance the future-state Search roadmap.

  • Own SEM performance narratives for stakeholders and leadership, including forecasting, budget recommendations, spend pacing, attribution insights, and executive-ready reporting.

  • Lead SEM knowledge-sharing sessions covering standard methodologies, strategy, industry updates, platform changes, automation, AI Search, Shopping, measurement, and testing learnings.

  • Participate in scrum ceremonies and follow agile principles as part of an agile team, using project management software.

  • Deep understanding of automated bidding, Smart Bidding, budget pacing, audience signals, match types, query management, campaign structure, and performance tradeoffs.

  • Proficiency with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

  • Experience with A/B testing and implementing resulting actions.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex SEM performance insights into clear business recommendations.
