The Late Night Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in monitoring shipments, working with carriers and customers, and ensuring freight continues moving efficiently during after hours operations.This position is ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates effectively, and enjoys solving problems quickly in a fast paced logistics environment.

Your Role: 2nd Shift Logistics Coordinator

  • Monitor and manage active TL shipments during 2nd shift operations
  • Quote, Book, and Schedule TL shipments.
  • Communicate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams
  • Track freight and provide real time shipment updates
  • Quickly resolve issues including delays, breakdowns, missed appointments, and service disruptions
  • Ensure accurate communication and documentation within company systems
  • Coordinate load coverage and shipment updates as needed
  • Maintain professionalism and urgency in high pressure situations
  • Support customers by providing exceptional after hours service
  • Work collaboratively with daytime operations teams to ensure seamless transitions
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
  • Document retrieval and invoice reconciliation.
