This role typically involves tasks such as receiving shipments, preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and ensuring inventory accuracy while most businesses are closed. Night shift logistics workers play a crucial role in keeping supply chains running smoothly by ensuring that goods are ready for delivery or distribution by the start of the next business day. Effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are important skills for this position.
