Familiarity with property management software (like Yardi or AppFolio), lease administration systems, and compliance tools is typically expected. What is a property manager?

Property managers are professionals who oversee the daily operations of real estate properties on behalf of the owners. Their responsibilities typically include collecting rent, handling maintenance requests, addressing tenant concerns, marketing vacant units, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
