Job Description
Looking for hard-working, trustworthy office assistant Mon-Fri in Dripping Springs. Job requirements as follows:
  • Must be able to demonstrate good verbal communication Skills. Friendly, professional and courteous at all times.
  • Comfortable answering phones, emails and client questions, leaving messages, taking orders by phone and collecting payments
  • Dress appropriately for casual, professional, construction office
  • Able to work without constant supervision, work on multiple projects, and use good general problem-solving skills, able to stay on tasks assigned, and be flexible with the tasks assigned
  • Willing to share office and desk space with co-workers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and be able to follow up on orders via email/phone in professional, complete sentences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel:
    • Being able to create and manipulate data on spreadsheets using all aspects of Excel and Google sheets.
    • Able to track and manage inventory currently using spreadsheet
    • Quickbooks Experience
  • Marketing Skills:
    • Being able to learn and speak comfortably about products for bids follow up with customers
  • Manage and file receipts
  • Some very light lifting of supply and delivery box as needed
  • Some light cleaning up in office as needed
  • Pay start $15-20/ hour based on demonstrated skills
