Job description

Client Sourcing Agent (CSA) – Legit Productions LLC

Legit Productions LLC is a fast-growing minority-owned media production and marketing company specializing in film, music videos, commercial content, and brand storytelling. We are expanding rapidly across multiple regions and building out structured teams designed to develop leadership, entrepreneurship, and real-world business experience inside the creative industry.

We are currently hiring Client Sourcing Agents (CSAs) who are motivated, driven, and serious about growth. This is not a traditional 9–5 environment. This role is built for individuals who are self-starters, comfortable working in a performance-based structure, and interested in developing real leadership skills while helping businesses and creators connect with high-quality production services.

As a CSA, your primary responsibility is client outreach and relationship building. You will identify potential clients, introduce them to Legit Productions services, and help guide them through the onboarding process. This includes networking, communication, and learning how to build consistent pipelines for media production projects. CSAs work closely with division leadership and production teams in a collaborative environment designed for growth and accountability.

What makes this opportunity different is the leadership track. CSAs who demonstrate consistency, discipline, and results have the opportunity to advance into a Client Sourcing Division Captain (CDC) role. CDCs oversee and support teams of CSAs within their region, helping manage strategy, performance, and expansion. This is where individuals begin to build their own side of the business within the Legit Productions structure, gaining experience in leadership, operations, and regional development.

We are actively expanding across multiple regions, including Buffalo, New York, and Texas—specifically the Longview area and surrounding cities. As we scale, we are focused on building strong local divisions that not only grow the company but also create economic and creative opportunities within their communities.

This is a role for individuals who want more than just employment. We are looking for people who want to build, lead, and grow. Those who are committed to personal development, teamwork, and long-term opportunity in a rapidly expanding media company will find clear pathways for advancement here.

If you are looking for stability in a traditional office environment, this role may not be the right fit. But if you are driven by growth, networking, travel opportunities, and the chance to help build something from the ground up while developing leadership experience, this is an opportunity to consider seriously.

Legit Productions LLC has grown quickly from a regional production company into a multi-division structure with teams forming across several states. Our next phase of growth is focused on strengthening local leadership, expanding client acquisition teams, and building sustainable creative ecosystems in each region we operate in.

We are looking forward to bringing in individuals who are ready to grow with us.
