Job description

*Pay starts at $32.50/hour - $35.00/hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on shift and experience*
Here as an LPN, have the autonomy you want, the team you need and feel the impact you'll make. Move beyond the med cart and use your assessment skills to manage resident care. Build relationships with residents from your one-on-one engagement and then see the effects of your care every day. We are seeking experienced professionals who value the company of older adults, appreciate a non-institutional, home-like setting and pace, have strong critical thinking skills, are motivated to flex their clinical leadership and grow within their role, while receiving the support they need and respect they deserve.
*Full Time 11pm-7am and Part Time 7am-3pm | PRN (as needed) positions available*

LPN Responsibilities:
  • Form bonds with our residents, their loved ones and physicians to create care plans using critical thinking, a "big picture" outlook and good judgment.
  • Coach co-workers to monitor and support resident's needs with a sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Round with physicians, oversee their orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care is delivered around the clock.
  • Educate residents and their families about health and wellness issues relevant to the care plan.
  • Serve as and share the responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

LPN Requirements:
  • LPN license in the state where employed.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in assisted living or other health care setting.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to form relationships with residents, their loved ones and our co-workers.
  • Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
