Job description

Lacy Bakes is looking for an experienced production baker to join our commercial bakery in Edmond.

This is not an entry-level baking position. We are looking for someone who already understands professional bakery production and can work efficiently, accurately, and consistently in a commercial kitchen.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cookie doughs, desserts, and other bakery products according to established recipes
  • Weigh and measure ingredients accurately
  • Mix and portion large production batches
  • Operate commercial mixers, ovens, and bakery equipment
  • Manage multiple batches and oven cycles efficiently
  • Maintain consistent portion size, appearance, texture, and quality
  • Follow Lacy Bakes recipes and production procedures exactly
  • Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workstation
  • Complete production within established time expectations
  • Properly clean and sanitize equipment and work areas

  • Has previous professional bakery, pastry, restaurant, catering, or commercial kitchen experience
  • Understands high-volume food production
  • Can work independently after learning our recipes and procedures
  • Is organized and efficient

Compensation


$17–$20/hour depending on professional experience and demonstrated production ability.
