Job description

We are seeking an Admin / Customer Service associate to join our team at a fast paced e-commerce company specializing autocrats! You will perform clerical and administrative functions assisting various tasks including online customer service and administering online market places. This is a mid-entry level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and assist online customer service
  • Perform and assist all office tasks such as correspondence, communication, online customer assistance, general office administrative tasks, online market place (such as e-Bay and/or Amazon) monitoring, e-commerce website monitoring, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office environment at e-commerce or as professional online seller is a big advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Must be a team-player

Bi-lingual in Korean and English is a plus but not required
