Automotive Service Technician

Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
Location: Frisco, TX | Job Type: Full-Time

Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. If you're a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering quality repairs and exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.

CDJR dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic equipment and specialized tools
  • Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
  • Communicate repair recommendations with Service Advisors
  • Maintain accurate repair documentation and quality workmanship
  • Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and professional development

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive technician experience required
  • CDJR dealership experience preferred
  • ASE Certification preferred but not required
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
  • Experience using diagnostic equipment, lifts, alignment equipment, A/C machines, and other shop tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver's license required
