Job description

About Holley Performance Brands

Holley Performance Brands is the powerhouse behind some of the most iconic names in automotive performance. For over a century, we’ve fueled the passion of car and truck enthusiasts with innovative products, legendary brands, and a commitment to performance. From the racetrack to the street, we’re driven by a shared love for speed, power, and pushing what’s possible — and we bring that energy to life through the experiences, communities, and partnerships that connect our brands to enthusiasts everywhere.

About the Team

At Holley Performance Brands, our Go-To-Market (GTM) function ensures our products and campaigns are brought to market with clarity, speed, and commercial impact. We partner across product, marketing, sales, and content teams to coordinate launches, align channels, and deliver complete, high-quality execution.

This role sits within the Safety & Racing Division, supporting iconic brands including Stilo, Simpson, RaceQuip, HANS, and HRX. The team operates close to the product and customer — ensuring launches are executed seamlessly and aligned to both division priorities and enterprise GTM standards.

About the Role

The Go-To-Market Specialist is responsible for executing product launches and campaigns within the Safety & Racing division, ensuring all assets, channels, and cross-functional teams are aligned and ready for market.

Embedded within the division marketing team, this role serves as the operational hub for launch execution — coordinating across product, merchandising, content, paid media, and sales to ensure DTC, 3P marketplace, B2B, and distributor channels are fully prepared.

This role also supports the application of enterprise GTM systems and tools to ensure messaging, content, and campaign outputs are aligned to strategy and delivered efficiently.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into action.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Planning & Execution

  • Own execution of division-level launches for all Tier 1 – 3 launches, promotions, and campaigns
  • Drive cross-functional readiness to ensure launch completeness and timing alignment
  • Maintain division GTM calendar aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Ensure all required assets are completed, approved, and delivered prior to launch

Channel & Asset Readiness

  • Coordinate DTC, 3P marketplace, B2B, and distributor channel readiness prior to launch
  • Ensure PDP setup, PIM data, merchandising, pricing, and promotional assets are complete and aligned
  • Validate that all launch assets align with approved positioning and messaging standards
  • Support B2B communications and distributor activation plans

GTM Tools & Content Engineering Support

  • Utilize enterprise GTM tools to support campaign execution and content development
  • Translate campaign briefs, messaging, and channel requirements into structured inputs within our new content tool
  • Generate and refine campaign assets and content outputs in alignment with GTM strategy
  • Partner with central GTM and Brand teams to ensure outputs meet quality, consistency, and messaging standards

Traditional Media (Division Level)

  • Select and manage division-level industry media placements in alignment with GTM framework
  • Manage allocated traditional media budget within the division
  • Coordinate media timing and placements with launch milestones

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as primary coordination point across product, creative, merchandising, paid media, and sales teams
  • Lead division launch readiness reviews and status updates
  • Identify risks early and escalate as needed

Reporting & Optimization

  • Support post-launch reporting and performance review
  • Gather insights to improve future launch execution
  • Track asset completion, readiness metrics, and launch effectiveness

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, eCommerce, or launch coordination
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Understanding of DTC, marketplace, B2B, and distributor channel dynamics
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with marketing tools or platforms (or ability to quickly learn new systems)

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in automotive, motorsport, safety equipment, or enthusiast-driven categories
  • Experience supporting product launches or campaign execution
  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools (e.g., Jasper AI or similar)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Why Join Us

  • Be at the center of how products come to market — turning strategy into real-world execution across multiple channels
  • Work closely with iconic performance brands in the Safety & Racing category
  • Gain hands-on experience across marketing, product, and sales, building a strong foundation in go-to-market strategy
  • Learn and apply modern marketing tools, including AI-driven content systems like Jasper
  • Be part of a fast-moving, collaborative team where your work directly impacts launch success and business performance

Why Join Us

  • Play a key role in shaping the visual identity of iconic performance brands
  • Own and influence creative direction for high-impact campaigns and product launches
  • Work at the intersection of concept and execution — bringing ideas to life across channels
  • Collaborate with a passionate, performance-driven team close to the product and customer
  • Be part of a transformation as we build a faster, more creative, and more scalable marketing organization
