Position Overview
Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a motivated and results-driven New Accounts Sales Specialist to join our Automotive Sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new revenue growth by qualifying inbound leads, generating new business through outbound prospecting, onboarding new customers, and serving as a trusted resource for Turn 14 Distribution's products, services, and processes.
This opportunity is ideal for an energetic sales professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping customers succeed in the automotive aftermarket industry.
What You'll Do
  • Manage and qualify inbound leads while proactively generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text during business hours.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective customers to establish trust and earn long-term business.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process and serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor partners to encourage lead generation opportunities.
  • Become an expert on Turn 14 Distribution's products, brands, web tools, business processes, and competitive advantages.
  • Educate customers on company processes, product offerings, and available solutions.
  • Support company initiatives, including new brand launches and strategic growth projects.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted automotive market segments.
  • Attend vendor-led product training and stay current on new products and industry trends.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Turn 14 Distribution's brands within your assigned segment.
  • Recommend products while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation, revenue, margin, and sales performance goals.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to effectively position Turn 14 Distribution in the marketplace.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate on sales strategies.
