Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking an experienced Zscaler L4 Engineer with strong expertise in Zero Trust and secure access technologies. The role involves providing L4 support for Zscaler platforms, managing security policies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance enterprise security.
Responsibilities:
• Provide L4 support and engineering for Zscaler platforms.
• Manage and optimize Zscaler security policies and access controls.
• Monitor and troubleshoot secure access and application performance issues.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IAM, Cloud, Endpoint, and Security teams to improve enterprise security posture.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12+ years of experience in Cyber Security / Network Security.
• Strong hands-on expertise in: ZIA ZPA ZDX ZCC
• Experience with: Zero Trust Architecture and SASE Policy lifecycle management (creation, tuning, optimization)
• Internet, SaaS, and private application access controls
• Identity-aware and context-based access management
• Segmentation and least privilege enforcement
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities across: User access and authentication issues
• Application connectivity and latency
• Secure remote access
• Endpoint and client connectivity
• Experience integrating Zscaler with Azure AD / Entra ID and conditional access frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud security operations including secure configurations, compliance, monitoring, and threat management.
• Exposure to automation and operational tooling supporting monitoring, posture validation, and change management.
