Min 2.5 years of proven experience in sales support functions, preferably within the health and beauty industry. Experience in CRM systems and lead management (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Proficiency in email marketing tools and strategies. Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the healthcare or sales industry is a plus.

Core responsibilities:

  • Upload and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
  • Maintain and update lead status based on interactions and campaign results.
  • Create and execute email outreach campaigns to validate lead interest.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
  • Track and report responses to optimize follow-up processes.
  • Qualify and validate leads based on predefined criteria before dispatching.
  • Assign validated leads to doctors and coordinate appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication between leads and medical professionals.
  • Assist the sales team with documentation, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Support internal sales processes by managing records and ensuring smooth workflow.
