Overview

We are looking for an Apex Activation profile specialized in Paid Social, responsible for the activation, optimization, and monitoring of campaigns across social platforms. You will be part of the Apex team, focused on excellence in execution and digital campaign performance.

You will work closely with strategy, data, and account teams to ensure results are aligned with client business objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and manage day-to-day Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Configure campaigns: targeting, creatives, copy, structure, and tracking.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, etc.).
  • Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze results and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Implement A/B testing (audiences, creatives, formats).
  • Coordinate with creative teams to adapt assets.
  • Manage budgets and campaign pacing.
  • Troubleshoot platform-related issues.
  • Ensure proper pixel implementation and conversion tracking.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms:
    • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    • TikTok Ads
    • LinkedIn Ads (nice to have)
  • Experience managing performance-driven campaigns (conversions, leads, e-commerce).
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of tracking (pixels, events, UTMs).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with testing and campaign optimization.

  • Experience in agencies or high-volume campaign environments.
  • Knowledge of other channels (SEM, Programmatic, CRO).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with automation tools or scripts.
  • Intermediate/advanced English level.
