Job description

As Authentic scales engineering, we need a Technical Talent Partner who owns hiring for all engineering roles. You'll work closely with our Head of Engineering and report to the Head of People.

You live in the engineering world, understand the roles, and own the entire hiring process for backend, full-stack, data, and infrastructure engineers.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering - sourcing through close
  • Source proactively using LinkedIn, GitHub, networks, and communities - not waiting for inbound applications
  • Screen candidates, do technical evaluation or coordinate with the eng team, move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Partner closely with leadership and team leads to understand what we need, calibrate on candidates, and move things forward
  • Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer - every interaction should reflect well on Authentic
  • Maintain clean pipeline in Greenhouse so we always know where we stand
Who You Are
  • 3+ years recruiting engineers - you've done this at tech companies, fintechs, or startups
  • You know how to source engineers and can spot quality in a resume
  • Comfortable with GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and technical recruiting tools
  • You understand engineering roles and specialties well enough to screen effectively
  • You build real relationships with candidates - they trust you and feel wanted
  • You're organized and process-oriented but know when to move fast vs. slow down
  • You genuinely care about hiring quality people, not just moving bodies through

The base salary range for this position is $105,000-$140,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to hiring and recruiting goals.
