Position Summary:

Under general supervision, responsible for the recruitment, assessment, and selection of top-tier talent within the electrical construction industry.  
What You Will Do
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and selection. 
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team dynamics and specific requirements.
  • Manage external job postings across various job platforms.
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of PRIME's college recruitment program; attend on-site events as necessary.
  • Serve as brand ambassador for PRIME.
  • Manage recruitment SWAG inventory.
  • Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices.
  • Maintain a physical presence onsite and provide assistance to specific groups, managers and project management teams as needed.
  • Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

 

What You Will Need to be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and 2+ years of experience with full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing and assessing candidates, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred.
  • Experience with use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Lever experience preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with recruiting and assessing candidates for various business groups across multiple geographical locations.
  • Ability to provide consistent and high-quality service across multiple business units.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Special Requirements/Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
 
Work is primarily performed in an office setting with minimal health or safety hazards.  Noise level and temperature is moderate.  Minimal lifting or climbing.  This position is expected to be fully in-person, onsite, with some travel not limited to, other offices, work sites and local business errands. 

Communication Skills: 

Ability to read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional journals, or technical procedures/reports/documents.  Ability to write routine correspondence such as letters and memos.  Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations to internal and/or external clients of the firm.

Reasoning Ability and/or Critical Thinking:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instruction.  Constructive thinking and alternative short- to long-term solutions must be considered.  Action plans must be developed and implemented. Capacity to identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate matters as needed. Accurate documentation, record-keeping, and thorough review of materials. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to organizational success.
