Type: 3-month contract

Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000 annualised equivalent, depending on experience.

As a Senior Talent Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in building world-class technical and product teams for some of the fastest-growing tech companies.

Embedded directly within client teams, you'll own the full hiring lifecycle for roles across Engineering, Data, and Product - from hands-on developers to senior product and technical leaders.
You'll partner closely with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders to refine hiring approaches, strengthen processes, and ensure strategies translate effectively into delivery.

Supported by a squad of sourcing and delivery specialists, you'll combine deep technical curiosity with consultative partnership and a delivery-first mindset.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical and product disciplines - Software Engineering, Data, and Product
  • Act as a trusted advisor to technology and product leaders, refining hiring processes and aligning on capability needs
  • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across multiple technical domains and seniority levels
  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience - timely communication, thoughtful feedback, and authentic advocacy
  • Use recruitment data to monitor hiring velocity, quality of hire, and process efficiency - turning insights into action
  • Collaborate closely with your Move squad - sharing learnings, optimising tools, and continually improving delivery quality
  • Adapt quickly to evolving client priorities and hiring challenges in high-growth, fast-paced environments

  • Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes - from modern engineering stacks to data and product org design
  • Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools - LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby), and analytics dashboards
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs, and Product leaders
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills - able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
