Talent Intelligence & Operational Excellence
  • Leverage recruiting metrics and talent market intelligence to influence business decisions.
  • Champion AI-powered recruiting workflows, sourcing automation, and operational excellence.
  • Continuously improve recruiting effectiveness, interview quality, hiring velocity, and overall talent experience.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of combined experience in technical recruiting, talent acquisition, HR business partnering, or a hybrid talent role.
  • Experience supporting engineering organizations in high-growth Silicon Valley technology companies or AI-first organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence executives through data, judgment, and business partnership.
  • Track record of successfully hiring software engineers, AI/ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, technical leaders, or other highly competitive technical talent.
  • Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Willingness to work on-site five days per week in Mountain View.
