Key Objectives
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Sales Team by managing all inbound leads, qualifying the leads and the routing the opportunities to the corresponding member of the sales team.
  • Maintaining and update the CRM system to maintain updated information and data integrity.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Assisting the Sales Team by managing all inbound leads, qualifying the leads and the routing the opportunities to the corresponding member of the sales team.

Sales Support & Lead Management
  • Assist with managing inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and routing opportunities appropriately
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and pipeline information
  • Support Account Executives in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities

Client Coordination & Communication
  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and event logistics
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong client relationships

Sales Coordination (Liaison)
  • Manage incoming inquiries during evenings and weekends as needed
  • Support contract execution, including coordination with tools such as DocuSign
  • Partner with internal departments (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Track sales performance metrics and assist in reporting

Business Development Support
  • Identify upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in prospecting efforts including outreach, networking, and event support
  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and client presentations

Growth & Development (Account Executive Path)
  • Shadow Account Executives on client meetings and negotiations
  • Gradually take ownership of smaller accounts and sales opportunities
  • Develop skills in closing deals, contract negotiation, and revenue generation
  • Progress into a full Account Executive role based on performance

Desired Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or coordination roles
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with DocuSign is a plus
  • Highly motivated with a desire to grow into a revenue-generating sales role
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a proactive approach
