  • Design and govern innovative, high-touch recruitment and selection processes that reflect the Inditex brand and candidate experience.
  • Establish standardized interview frameworks and calibration methodologies to ensure fairness, consistency, and strong hiring outcomes.
  • Continuously audit and refine hiring processes based on candidate, market, and business feedback to attract and retain top talent.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that are consistent, data-driven, inclusive, and efficient.
  • Leverage tools, technology, and AI to streamline workflows while preserving a human-centered candidate experience.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines

  • Elevate employer branding for Zara and future brands, positioning Inditex as an employer of choice across retail and corporate markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong pipelines for Store Directors, Regional Directors, and critical corporate roles.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to engage active and passive talent through industry networks, targeted outreach, and professional communities.
  • Partner with external organizations to ensure access to diverse talent and broaden candidate reach.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding

  • Champion a premium, relationship-driven candidate experience that reflects Inditex values at every touchpoint.
  • Ensure seamless integration between hiring and onboarding in partnership with Hiring Managers and People Business Partners.
  • Develop training programs and resources to equip interviewers and hiring managers with best-in-class assessment practices.

Data, Insights & Operational Excellence

  • Lead through data—tracking, analyzing, and communicating hiring performance, pipeline health, and market insights.
  • Map and analyze talent progression from hire through employee lifecycle to inform continuous improvement in hiring strategies.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition budgets, including agency strategy and vendor partnerships.
  • Apply strong project management and communication skills to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all recruitment initiatives.

Profile

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership and team management.
  • Proven experience leading high-volume and leadership hiring, ideally within retail and/or fast-paced, multi-brand environments.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience building and scaling recruitment processes, systems, and teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for talent, people development, and creating engaging candidate and employee experiences.
