Job description

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Marketing Specialist to lead and scale the Wellmade brand. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to build, own, and evolve the marketing function from the ground up, shaping both brand direction and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership to define and execute a long-term brand and marketing strategy.
  • Lead implementation and optimization of tools including but not limited to Calendly, Zapier, Buffer, Supermetrics, or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
  • Define KPIs and build reporting frameworks to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Develop structured email marketing programs, including segmentation, templates, automation, and lifecycle strategies.
  • Oversee implementations alongside the Systems Lead including automation tools, analytics platforms, and backend systems.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Systems, Digital Marketing, Branding, or related fields, with demonstrated ownership of initiatives.
  • Experience building or scaling marketing programs, systems, or functions from early stages.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology, automation, and backend systems.
  • Experience with email marketing strategy, campaign development, and lifecycle automation.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Supermetrics, Zapier, Buffer, Calendly, or similar platforms.
  • Experience supporting or leading software implementations and tool integrations.
  • Experience in Construction/Manufacturing/Production is a plus or experience with small stage startups, fast paced environment.
