Role Description

• Location: On-site
• Type: Full-Time or Contract to hire
• Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 base salary

About the Role
We are looking for a person who can translate the founder's vision into execution across every part of the business. They own the rhythm of the company - hiring, culture, operations, compliance, partnerships - so that leadership can focus on building. This isn't a support role. It's the person who is hands on and runs the engine.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with executive leadership on company priorities, strategic planning, and operational initiative.
• Translate the founder's vision into actionable plans with real timelines and accountability.
• Build a culture where high standards are the norm and people actually want to stay.
• Improve internal systems, workflows, and communication processes to support company growth.
• Assist with organizational planning, goal tracking, reporting, and KPI management.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, people operations, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Be the connective tissue that keeps teams aligned, information flowing, and priorities clear across the entire organization.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Experience

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or start-up environments
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams
• Familiarity with scaling processes in high-growth companies
• Founder experience
