Position Overview

Join the Food & Beverage leadership team at Mt. Hood Meadows as our Restaurant Manager and help create memorable dining experiences in one of the Pacific Northwest’s premier mountain destinations. This dynamic, guest-focused leadership role oversees daily operations across the Alpenstube, Vertical, Loft, and Bull Wheel Bar, while also supporting banquets and special events throughout the season. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable jumping into the operation, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced mountain setting.

This is more than just a management position; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger. You'll play a key role in upholding our commitment to hospitality, sustainability, and mountain stewardship, all while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.
