The Role
We are building a new, high-impact engineering hub in the heart of New York City and are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction, culture, and execution standards of a rapidly growing division.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be entrusted with significant technical ownership and autonomy. We are looking for engineers who thrive on end-to-end execution, from concept to deployment, in a fast-paced environment. This role demands a high level of technical mastery, the ability to operate independently, and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, impactful results.
What You'll Do
  • Take full ownership of critical features and services, driving the entire software development lifecycle with minimal supervision.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy highly performant, scalable, and resilient software systems.
  • Contribute significantly to technical architecture discussions, making sound, data-driven decisions that balance speed, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into well-defined technical solutions.
  • This is an onsite-only position at our new New York engineering hub, fostering tight-knit collaboration and rapid execution.
