You will be trained on our full product line, assist with light hose assembly, receive inbound shipments, and perform inventory counts to make sure our shelves are stocked and our customers get exactly what they ordered. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required. What matters most is mechanical aptitude, a genuine desire to learn, and a strong work ethic.

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and want to grow with a well-established fluid power distributor, this is a solid opportunity.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay based on experience. We take care of our team with a full benefits package:

  • Company-paid life, AD&D, and short- and long-term disability insurance.
  • 401(k) with a generous company match.
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays.
  • Tuition reimbursement โ€” we invest in your development.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Voluntary benefit products.
What You'll Do

Order Fulfillment and Shipping

  • Receive daily pick and pack schedules from the sales team and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
  • Pick fluid power products from warehouse locations according to order documentation.
  • Package shipments correctly for regular ground and freight service carriers.
  • Use company vehicles for occasional customer pickup and delivery of shipments as required.

Assembly, Receiving and Inventory

  • Assist with light hose and fitting assembly as needed for quick-ship and custom orders.
  • Perform minor fabrication tasks including cutting and drilling as directed.
  • Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, and store products on shelves and in bins accurately.
  • Learn to identify all SKUs sold and shipped and build product knowledge over time.
  • Track and replenish supplies; keep work areas clean and organized throughout the shift.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts to ensure all stock is present and available for sale.
Qualifications What We're Looking For

Must Have:

  • Mechanical aptitude with a genuine motivation to learn fluid power products and warehouse procedures.
  • Reliable and self-directed with the ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods throughout a full shift.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior warehouse, distribution, or fluid power industry experience.
  • Forklift experience; license not required but desired.
  • Background in fabrication, machine shop, or industrial environment.
