Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Property Assignment: Corporate Office
Job Location: Saint Paul, MN
Hours per week: 20 hours
Salary Range: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

*Real estate office experience preferred

Job Summary*
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Corporate Office by greeting guests, answering the phone system, and documenting leasing traffic.

Essential Functions

Provide support for the Corporate Office by assisting the staff with their daily functions and

projects.

• Operate the telephone system to ensure all callers are handled in an efficient and

respectful manner.

• Complete clerical duties such as mailing, faxing, filing and other projects.

• Greet all walk-in guests and provide them with exceptional customer service.

Completes leasing intake process with prospective residents.

• Communicates with prospective residents via telephone or email.

• Gathers intake information and inputs guest traffic into Yardi software.

• Follows up with property management staff to share guest traffic information via email or

telephone.


Demonstrates a clear understanding and consistent use of Yardi software.

• Navigates throughout the Yardi software on a consistent basis.

Demonstrates regular and consistent attendance as outlined by company policies and

procedures.

Performs all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Minimum Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks independently.

• Willingness to learn.

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

• Proficient on the computer.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations as necessary with your own

transportation.


Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of one year experience in a receptionist, clerical or office environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel.


Physical Requirements

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

• Ability to enter data into a computer.

• Walking and stair climbing.
