Responsibilities
  • Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of yachts and boats.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, boatyards, marinas, and industry professionals.
  • Evaluate and list vessels with detailed specifications, photos, and market insights.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive listings.
  • Utilize provided tools, including MLS access, appraisal services, marketing resources, and lead management platforms.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a yacht broker with a proven track record of successful transactions.
  • Valid Florida Yacht Broker license (or ability to obtain one).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Florida boating market and yachting industry.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and yacht sales platforms is a plus.
