Job description

Cooperidge Consulting Firm is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a global innovator in aesthetic medical technology, Alma Lasers.
This is a high-energy, "frontline" sales role designed for a resilient professional who thrives on the chase. You will be responsible for expanding market share within your region, specifically targeting dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and high-end med spas. This position requires a master of the "cold start"-someone who can generate leads via phone and in-person visits, conduct expert product demonstrations, and close value-driven deals. If you have a background in competitive B2B sales (Paychex, Cintas, Xerox, etc.) or previous medical device experience and are ready for a high-travel, high-reward environment, this is the entry point into elite med-tech sales.
Job Responsibilities
  • Territory Growth: Own and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed aggressive revenue quotas within the assigned geographic region.
  • Aggressive Prospecting: Generate a consistent flow of new leads through relentless phone-based and in-person cold calling.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct hands-on technical demonstrations of aesthetic laser systems, highlighting clinical efficacy and business ROI.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Navigate the complete sales journey, from initial discovery and overcoming technical objections to closing emotional, high-value contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust partnerships with medical specialists, including Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and OB/GYNs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Leverage clinical specialists and reference sites to validate technology and provide short-term and long-term customer support.
  • CRM Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce, providing weekly and monthly pipeline visibility to leadership.
  • Field Representation: Travel 60% of the time to medical offices, spas, and national industry conventions.

Requirements
Experience & Sales DNA
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional sales experience is REQUIRED.
  • Target Backgrounds: Experience in medical devices, surgical equipment, or laser tech is ideal. We also heavily recruit top talent from high-activity B2B sectors (e.g., Cintas, ADP, Paychex, Enterprise, Gallo Wines).
  • Proven Performance: A documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Resilience: The "grit" to handle rejection and the persistence to close long-cycle capital equipment deals.
Skills & Requirements
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to simplify complex clinical data for stakeholders.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to retain and communicate vast amounts of technical product information.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to travel frequently and lift/move equipment (up to 80 lbs occasionally).
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Benefits
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance plans
  • Life insurance coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
