Position Summary: Seal Operators work anywhere in our shop cleaning, organizing, assisting union members with jobs, grinding, moving materials, generally doing whatever task is assigned by your lead and supervisor. We will need you to adhere to our company safety standards and wear your prescribed PPE. You will need to be motivated and operate with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing for long periods of time, lifting to 75 lbs, bending, and twisting stand sit, use hands to manipulate equipment.

Work Environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. PPE is required.

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
