  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • This position is responsible for the coordination of the organization's policy and procedures and grant activities. For policy and procedures it includes providing assistance with maintenance of the organization's Policy Manager database; providing policy assistance; and providing education assistance on the policy and procedure process and system. For grants it includes seeking grant opportunities, obtaining the necessary internal approval(s) before applying for grants, applying for grant funding, and maintaining database of all organizational grants. In addition, this position coordinates and oversees the organization's grant committee.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Bachelors degree or five (5) years experience in healthcare billing, coding, nursing or related area
    • Minimum Experience
      • 2-3 years grant writing experience
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • N/A
    • Preferred Education
      • Masters degree/ten (10) years experience in healthcare billing, coding, nursing or related area
