About the Role

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and audience-focused content that showcases value proposition and innovation for YuJa's products, across education and enterprise markets. You will translate complex product features into accessible, engaging narratives and support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including website and social media content, product messaging, announcements, and sales collateral.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Write clear, persuasive, and accessible marketing content for a suite of sophisticated ed-tech/enterprise products: video platforms, LMS accessibility tools, compliance and accessibility solutions, proctoring and assessment platforms, etc.
  • Develop website copy, product landing pages, blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, customer success stories, and thought-leadership pieces, framing YuJa's offerings as secure, compliant, and accessible solutions for regulated-sector clients.
  • Craft communications for product launches, feature announcements, and updates, translating technical, compliance, and accessibility features into tangible benefits for institutions (e.g., accessibility compliance, student accessibility, institution-wide scalability, regulatory adherence).
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Client Success teams to deeply understand product features, regulatory/ accessibility implications, and use cases.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing teams to produce sales/marketing collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, comparison sheets, implementation guides (for pre-sales engagement), and other materials that support enterprise sales cycles.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content, reflecting YuJa's values of compliance, accessibility, security, and innovation.
  • Update and refresh existing marketing materials, ensuring accuracy as products evolve, especially given the frequent product updates and additions in YuJa's portfolio.
  • Preferred - Incorporate basic SEO, content structure best practices, and accessibility-friendly copy (in line with YuJa's mission and compliance standards).


About You

  • 2 years (or more) experience writing marketing, content, or copy for enterprise-level or B2B technology products, ideally in ed-tech, SaaS, compliance, or regulated-sector domains.
  • Exceptional written English, with strong ability to explain technical concepts and compliance/accessibility features clearly and compellingly to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong storytelling skills: able to craft compelling narratives around how YuJa's solutions help institutions meet regulatory and accessibility needs, streamline workflows, and enhance learning/user experiences.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving product environment with frequent updates, capable of rapidly learning new product capabilities or regulatory changes, and updating content accordingly which aligns with ongoing product launches.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, Compliance, Sales, Client Success; gather technical and compliance details and convert them into marketing messages.
  • Understanding of compliance, accessibility, and regulatory language.
  • (Nice-to-have) Experience producing B2B / enterprise marketing collateral: whitepapers, case studies, webinars, press releases, sales decks.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
