Job description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bid Writer to support the development of high-quality bids and proposals. This role is ideal for someone who already has bid-writing experience and is ready to take more ownership of responses, manage sections independently, and contribute to improving bid processes and win strategies.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, sales teams, and bid managers to produce compelling, compliant, and customer-focused submissions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in supporting the Business Services team with their deliverables

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Write, edit, and review bid and tender responses to a high standard, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client requirements

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Take ownership of allocated sections of bids, from initial outline through to final submission

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical and business content
