Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8am โ€“ 5pm (Hybrid Work Availability)
Pay Rate: $23 - $28 Hourly DOE
Location:ย Hillsboro, OR
Position Type:ย Full Time
Benefits: This position is eligible for WGNSTARโ€™s full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k). Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Payroll and Timecard reporting within company HR system & Excel based templates.
  • Perform timecard audits to ensure exceptions are noted and corrected prior to biweekly payroll submission to include:
    • Audit and report Employee Hours and PO billing reporting โ€“ biweekly cycle
    • Resolve weekly Employee timecard errors/exceptions
  • Understand customer contract documents and purchase orders to interpret and apply correct billing requirements.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile payroll records and validate entries for accuracy prior to transmission.
  • Collaborate with corporate and operations team management to resolve billing errors.
  • Provide regular reports and audits on various operations to evaluate processes.
  • Support analysis of business processes and partner with stakeholders to identify optimum solutions.
  • Support facility operations and office administration.
  • Engageย in and support CIP strategies and KPI reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 2+ย years ofย experience processing payroll, billing, and purchase orders
  • 2+ years of experience providing customer invoicing support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite with emphasis on excellence in Excel applications.
  • Highly dependable for accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Provide strong interpersonal (verbal & written) skills, can communicate effectively with various levels of management.
  • Provide decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Offers excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks.
Preferences:ย 
  • Paylocity HRIS experience.

Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
