Fish-Field Inc has a new opening for the position of General Manager at our warehouse in Tualatin, OR. We are a fast-growing recreational fishing gear and tackle ecommerce company with local roots. This position is responsible for guiding our team and managing our retail and wholesale operations. 
Main Responsibilities 
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of both retail and wholesale businesses such as: 
    • Timely processing and shipment of orders. 
    • Receiving and put-away of inbound shipments.  
    • Maintaining accurate inventory counts. 
    • Customer service 
  • Consulting on marketing and sales strategies. 
  • Training and supervising our team. 
  • Processing invoices. 
Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Fishing experience and knowledge is a plus, but not required. This position may occasionally be required to lift up to 50lbs.
