Job description

Who we are

Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America's drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems the West needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter the adversaries of democracy. We're hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

What you will be doing

We're looking for an energetic, detail-obsessed Office Manager who sees the workplace as a product. You'll own the day-to-day feel of our office and build programs that connect, celebrate, and support our team - from a smooth Monday morning to our biggest company moments.

Responsibilities
  • Own day-to-day operations of the office and employee-facing spaces, including vendor coordination, space planning, and budget tracking
  • Manage our workplace ticketing queue, resolving requests quickly and reliably
  • Design and run the overall workplace experience - perks, wellness, amenities, etc.
  • Build memorable moments across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through milestone gifting
  • Plan and execute company events, from happy hours to our EOY party, kickoff, and off-sites
  • Help connect HQ culture with our US hub offices so every employee feels included
You should have the following
  • 3-5 years in office management at a company of 200+ employees, ideally in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball - you're the one people rely on to keep things running
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're the face of the workplace
  • Comfortable with ticketing systems; confident tracking budgets, managing PO's, and reporting on spend
  • Availability to work outside standard hours
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a scaled environment (500+ employees), managing vendor contracts, or supporting a multi-site office footprint
  • Workplace or facilities management certification
US Salary Range

$66,000 - $92,500 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.

We're an equal opportunity employer. We welcome all applicants without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
