About the Role TikTok Shop Sorting Center is dedicated to maximizing sorting efficiency and standardizing operations across our national distribution network, ensuring every parcel moves faster and reaches customers sooner. As an Logistics Operations Associate, you'll work alongside an experienced Onsite Manager to gain hands-on exposure to frontline operations across inbound receiving, sorting, outbound shipping, and transportation coordination. We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a graduate, you will get opportunities to pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges, and unlock limitless growth. Key Responsibilities - Support the Onsite Manager in coordinating daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, inventory movement, picking, packing, putaway, and outbound shipping - Help ensure operational processes follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements - Assist in tracking daily performance metrics (throughput, productivity/UPH, service levels), learning to identify issues and propose improvements - Support basic staffing and labor allocation planning, and learn how resources are adjusted based on volume fluctuations - Help identify operational bottlenecks (e.g., inventory congestion, workflow delays) and follow up on resolution - Maintain regular communication with warehouse, transportation, and line-haul teams to support smooth end-to-end execution - Assist with frontline team coaching and training, learning the basics of team motivation and performance management - Support daily execution of 5S practices and workplace safety compliance

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications - Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. - Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity; comfortable with basic tools like Excel - High sense of ownership and execution; willing to work on-site and adapt to shift-based schedules (early/late shifts) - Good communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, diverse team environment - Ability to stay composed and solution-oriented during peak periods

Preferred Qualifications - Leadership or team management experience through student organizations, clubs, or sports teams - Internship experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or retail/FMCG - Familiarity with basic warehouse operations metrics (e.g., UPH, inventory turnover) through coursework, projects, or competitions - Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $70304 - $115200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure). The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
