The Role

Our client, a leader in the development of autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a high-energy Logistics Operations Associate to join their Advanced Hardware Manufacturing team. This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of electronic components—from initial receiving and inspection to production kitting and final shipment.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, "startup-style" environment and have a mastery of SAP or similar MRP systems, this is an opportunity to help build the future of transportation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Inventory Control & Transactions: Perform all material movement transactions in SAP/MRP, including creating work orders, transferring inventory, and processing ship/receive orders.
  • Warehouse Management: Manage physical and transactional duties for incoming purchase orders, kitting materials for the production line, and performing cycle counts.
  • Quality & Inspection: Perform incoming physical and visual inspections, ensuring all document verification and quality records are accurate.
  • Triage & Analysis: Assist with inventory analysis, resolve discrepancies, and triage incoming parts for rework, repair, or scrap.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve roadblocks, prioritize urgent material orders, and report on inventory status.
  • Fulfillment Operations: Handle internal product transfers, RMA processes, and return-to-vendor (RTV) shipments.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years of warehouse or inventory management experience, preferably in an electronics or high-tech manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Software: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) or Google Suite.
  • Mindset: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "problem-solver" mentality.

  • Ability to stand, walk, crouch, or reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull more than 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse/dock environment.
